Héctor Delgado (born 1980) is a Colombian drug trafficker working for the Delgado Cartel, and the younger brother of the late Rico Delgado, as well as the former lover of Andrea Martínez. After his brother's death, Héctor was the one most likely to take over the cartel.

Héctor Delgado was born in 1980 in Colombia to Ricardo Delgado.
Hector is in love with Andrea Martínez, they broke up primarily because he cheated on her with the Gomez twins and he became addicted to cocaine. Héctor recently completed a stint in rehab, however. He recently wrote her a letter to try to win her back, which one of the mansion guards stole from his room to spare him of embarrassment.
Following the deaths of his brother, lover, and Jorge Franco, Héctor continued to work with the cartel, and was even stated to be the one most likely to take over it.
