Gwriat (died 884) was a Gwentish captain who commanded the garrison of Cair Gwent (Caerwent) during the Welsh Rebellion of the 880s. He resisted the West Saxon siege of Cair Gwent in 884, and he was killed in Aethelhelm's final assault on the city.
