Guy's Hospital is an NHS hospital located in the London Borough of Southwark. It was founded in 1721 by philanthropist Thomas Guy, a wealthy Bible publisher. It became a large teaching hospital and was one of the homes of King's College London's GKT School of Medical Education, and, by June 2019, its Tower Wing was the world's fifth-tallest hospital building.
