Gutierre de la Reina (1595-) was a Spanish Navy captain from Cumana, Venezuela who sailed the Caribbean Sea during the 1640s. He captained the 4-gun trade galleon Sierra Nevada on its voyage from Cumana to San Juan, Puerto Rico in the autumn of 1640, but his ship was attacked by the English pirate Ossian Trewhella off Isla Saona. De la Reina surrendered after all of his ship's cannon were destroyed by the pirate ship Magdalena.
