Gustavo Galaza (1924-2013) was a Mexican-American greaser who lived in El Paso. The youngest son of barber Napoleon Galaza, he was raised in the working-class Eastside of El Paso and joined a greaser gang during the late 1940s before being arrested. He came to work as a mechanic at the city's international airport, and he became a Democratic voter due to his support for union rights. Galaza fathered four children, including Terry Galaza.
