Guilla of Provence (874-14 January 929) was the daughter of King Boso of Provence. Guilla married King Rudolph I of Burgundy, who became king of Burgundy in 888, and in 912 she married Hugh of Italy a year after the death of King Rudolph. Her son would become King Rudolph II of Burgundy, and he would be crowned king of Italy in 926. She died in 929, with her second husband taking over Italy from her son.
