Guido Quintana (died 1948) was a Sicilian Mafia chieftain, the don of the Quintana clan of Montelepre, and the Mayor of Montelepre from 1943 to 1948. Imprisoned by Benito Mussolini for his organized crime involvement, he was appointed Mayor of Montelepre by the American occupation authorities at the behest of his ally Don Croce Malo. Quintana also took over Corleone in the late 1940s after the bandit Salvatore Giuliano took control of Montelepre, and Quintana settled four family feuds by wiping out opponents to his decisions. He later approached Don Croce about dealing with Giuliano, bringing the Mafia into conflict with the bandits. Quintana and several Mafia bosses later tried to protect Prince Sandro Borsa's estate from a mob of socialist peasants, only for Giuliano and his bandits to massacre the Mafia bosses at the estate's gates.
