Grigory Petrov (1892-20 September 1918) was one of the "26 Baku Commissars" who ruled the Baku Commune during the Russian Civil War.

Grigory Konstantinovich Petrov was born in 1892, and he joined the Bolshevik party. Petrov became the military commissar of the Baku region for the Red Army during the Russian Civil War, and he was one of the ruling "26 Baku Commissars" from 1917 to 1918. In September 1918, he was captured by British Army troops while fleeing the falling city of Baku, and he was executed by firing squad.
