Gregory "Greg" Scarpa Jr. (8 April 1951–) was a capo in the Colombo crime family. The son of Gregory "The Grim Reaper" Scarpa, he was sentenced to 40 years in prison on racketeering charges, but cooperated with the Government in terrorism cases while in custody and was awarded compassionate release in 2020 due to his late-stage cancer.
