The Grebo are an ethnic group that is part of the Kru culture of Liberia. 387,000 Grebo live in Liberia and 48,300+ in Cote d'Ivoire, and the tribe was known for ritual murder and cannibalism in the past, for chipping their teeth, and for allying with the Amero-Liberians to have a major role in Liberian politics. They make up 10% of the population today.
