
Grattan Henry Wheeler (25 August 1783-11 March 1852) was a member of the US House of Representatives (AM-NY 28) from 4 March 1831 to 3 March 1833, succeeding John Magee and preceding Frederick Whittlesey. Born in Providence, Rhode Island, he was raised in Wheeler, New York. He served as town supervisor from 1823 to 1824, in the State Assembly in 1822, 1824, and 1826, in the State Senate from 1828 to 1831, and in Congress.
