Giovanni Ventura (2 November 1944-2 August 2010) was an Italian neo-Nazi publisher and Ordine Nuovo member.
Biography[]
Giovanni Ventura was born in Piombino Dese, Veneto, Italy in 1944. He was initially a member of the neo-fascist Italian Social Movement, but he left it because it was not militant enough, joining the Ordine Nuovo group during the 1960s. He opened the Ezzelino bookshop in Padua and became a small publisher with links to Franco Freda, publishing both neo-Nazi and Marxist works for the magazine Reazione. In 1969, he was charged with subversive associations due to his role in the bombings of trains that year, although he denied responsibility for the Piazza Fontana bombing. Ventura spent 11 years in prison in both Italy and Argentina, and he died in Buenos Aires in 2010.
