Giovanni Pomardi (1084-) was a nobleman of the lordship of Milan from the House of Pomardi.
Biography[]
Giovanni Pomardi was the son of the House of Pomardi, a wealthy family from the lordship of Milan in the Lombardy region of northern Italy. He was an eligible suitor for Fiora Rossi, a princess of the ruling House of Rossi, as he was brave, religious, and a skilled bureaucrat. However, he had no skills at command at all, and he had little manners. Pomardi's letter in 1102 was returned with a negative response due to his lack of attributes.
