Harold "Harry" Jackson (born 1931), also known as Gigi, was a Marcano crime family associate and extortionist from New Orleans who worked for Di Napoli Waste Removal owner Paul Simmons during the 1960s. In 1968, he was sent out with his enforcers to remind the people of Barclay Mills that Simmons ran things around Barclay Mills, so Lincoln Clay tracked him down to a truck repair shop, interrogated him, and then recruited him into his own organization.
