Giacomo Ferrari (5 November 1887-22 August 1974) was an Italian PCI member of the Constituent Assembly from 1946 to 1948, a senator from 1948 to 1953, and Mayor of Parma from 1951 to 1963 (succeeding Giuseppe Botteri and preceding Vincenzo Baldassi).
