Germany in 1930

German nationalism is the belief that the German people should be united in a country encompassing Greater Germany, which included present-day Germany, Austria, western Poland, East Prussia, and the Sudetenland. The belief can also refer to the lands once held by the German Holy Roman Empire, which can also include the NetherlandsSwitzerland, and northern Italy. German nationalism is often associated with Nazism and neo-Nazism, with Adolf Hitler seeking to create a new German empire with Nazi Germany.
