The German Nationalist Protection and Defiance Federation (German: Deutschvölkischer Schutz und Trutzbund) was the largest and most active anti-Jewish federation formed in the Weimar Republic of post-World War I Germany. The movement rejected the democratic government of Weimar, and the group's mottoes were "We are the masters of the world!" and "Germany for the Germans". Many of the federation's members would later join the Nazi Party, and major Nazi leaders Reinhard Heydrich, Julius Streicher, and Dietrich Eckart were once members o the federation.
