Gerald Fletcher (born 1937) was a British crime boss who, along with his brother Sid Fletcher, led the Fletcher Mob of London.
Biography[]
Gerald and Sid Fletcher were born in London, England, and they had a working-class upbringing. The two of them would become involved with crime, becoming the bosses of the powerful "Fletcher Mob". In 1971, they attempted to kill their former henchman, Jack Carter, after he decided to nose around in the Newcastle Mob's business following the death of his brother, Frank Carter. However, Carter would survive the hit attempt, killing hitman Peter the Dutchman in the process.
