George Mumford (died 31 December 1818) was a member of the US House of Representatives (DR-NC 10) from 4 March 1817 to 31 December 1818, succeeding William C. Love and preceding Charles Fisher.

Biography[]

George Mumford was born in Rowan County, North Carolina, and he served in the house of commons from 1810 to 1811 and in the US House of Representatives from 1817 until his death in 1818.
