George L. Kinnard (1803-26 November 1836) was a member of the US House of Representatives (D-IN 6) from 4 March 1833 to 26 November 1836, preceding William Herod. Bor nin Pennsylvania, he was raised in Tennessee before settling in Indianapolis and practicing law. He served in the state house from 1827 to 1830, as county surveyor from 1831 to 1835, and in Congress.
