Gastão Carmona (1834— ) was a Portuguese admiral and colonial administrator who held a number of posts under King Carlos I of Portugal. Having served in Portugal's colonial holdings, Carmona became the Captain General of Angola for a number years before being appointed as the navy commander-in-chief in 1899.
