Galeyville is a village in Cochise County, Arizona. During the Wild West era, the run-down village was used as a base for Curly Bill Brocius' Cochise County Cowboys gang, which ambushed several Mexican pack trains at nearby Skeleton Canyon during the 1880s. Brocius lobbied for investment in the town, as he was angry that Tombstone had sidewalks and street lamps, while Galeyville had no accommodations.
