Fumio Goto (7 March 1884 – 1 May 1980) was Prime Minister of Japan from 26 to 29 February 1936, serving as acting Prime Minister during the three days that Keisuke Okada was in hiding during the February 26 Incident.

Fumio Goto was born on 7 March 1884 in Oita Prefecture, Japan. He graduated from the Tokyo Imperial University in 1909 with a degree in law, and he worked for the Home Ministry in the 1920s before serving as Home Minister from 8 July 1934 to 9 March 1936, succeeding Tatsuo Yamamoto and preceding Shigenosuke Ushio. From 26 to 29 February 1936, he served as acting Prime Minister while Keisuke Okada was in hiding after the February 26 Incident, and he relinquished power to Okada three days later. Goto was a member of Hideki Tojo's cabinet during World War II as a state minister, and he was imprisoned in Sugamo Prison until 1948 for war crimes. From April 1953 to June 1959 he was a member of the House of Councillors of the Diet of Japan, and he died in 1980 at the age of 96.
