The Fukushima were a feudal Japanese samurai clan from Owari Province who were aligned with the Tokugawa.
History[]

The Fukushima came to prominence through Hideyoshi, who gave Masanori, the clan leader, significant land holdings for his distinctions as one of the Seven Spears of Shizugatake and in Hideyoshi's campaign against Shikoku, Kyushu, and Odawara. Despite this, the Fukushima's loyalty to the Toyotomi was questionable, and ties with Ieyasu Tokugawa made them an even bigger threat to the Toyotomi.
