Fukusaburu Kobayashi (born 1944) was a Japanese petty criminal who lived in Kabukicho, Tokyo during the 1980s. He was one of Jin Okamoto's associates, and, when he and four of Okamoto's other associates attempted to jump Miss Tatsu as she fought with Okamoto, Kazuma Kiryu intervened and beat down the cowardly thugs before they could harm Tatsu.
