French Millard Ellis (21 December 1857-13 April 1924) was a partisan of the Hatfield family of West Virginia during the Hatfield-McCoy feud. He was born in Logan County in 1857, and he was murdered by a Black criminal, Mack Williams, in Logan in 1924 at the age of 66.
