The French 32nd Regiment of Militia was a formation of militia of the French Army during the Napoleonic Wars. It was founded in 1806 in Paris, France, along with the majority of militia units.

The 32nd Regiment of Militia was created in 1806 in Paris, French Empire on the orders of Emperor Napoleon Bonaparte. The 32nd Militia Regiment was one of seven militia regiments that was raised that week in 1806, and was dispatched with Joachim Murat to capture the city of Breslau in Silesia. The regiment later served under Murat in the campaign against Prussia in Poland, and was blooded in the Battle of Glogau in Late August.
