The French 30th Regiment of Militia was a formation of the French Army that was founded in 1805 during the Napoleonic Wars.

The French 30th Regiment of Militia was created in 1805 at the start of the Napoleonic Wars in Paris, France, out of able-bodied men from the region surrounding Paris. The 30th Militia Regiment was sent to the command of Marshal Joachim Murat, and was one of the regiments that fought in the capture of Vienna in 1805 and the campaign in Silesia in 1806. At the Battle of Glogau in late August, the regiment took part in the assault on the hill against the Prussians.
