Free and Equal is a left-wing federation of parties in Italy that was founded on 3 December 2017 by Pietro Grasso. The alliance was formed by the Italian Left, Article 1 - Democratic and Progressive Movement, Possible, the Sicilian Socialist Party, and the Greens of South Tyrol, and it had disappointing results in the 2018 general elections, winning just 3.4% of the vote, 14 deputies, and 4 senators.
