Frankie Bernard (1928-) was a Marcano crime family racket boss who was in charge of the blackmail racket under Tony Derazio in the Downtown district.

Frankie Bernard was born in New Orleans, Louisiana in 1928, and he became an associate of the Marcano crime family. Bernard was given the blackmail racket in Downtown New Orleans, operating as one of Tony Derazio's two racket bosses in the district. In 1968, journalist Harold Cauley assisted Lincoln Clay in taking out Bernard's racket, killing his enforcers, stealing his blackmail data, and recruiting his informants for the Black Mob, and Clay headed to the Imperial Men's Health Club bath house to confront Bernard. Clay, who had wiretapped the bath house, convinced Bernard to work for him.
