
Frank Lucas (born 6 January 1960) was a member of the US House of Representatives (R-OK 6) from 10 May 1994 to 3 January 2003 (succeeding Glenn English) and from OK 3 from 3 January 2003 (succeeding Wes Watkins).
Biography[]
Frank Lucas was born in Cheyenne, Oklahoma in 1960, and he mounted failed campaigns for the State Senate in 1984 and 1986 before winning in 1988. He lost in 1990 after his redrawn district became more friendly to the Democratic Party, but he was elected to the US House of Representatives in 1994. He held strict conservative views.
