Francis Michael "Frank" Jordan (born 20 February 1935) was Mayor of San Francisco (D) from 8 January 1992 to 8 January 1996, succeeding Art Agnos and preceding Willie Brown.

Francis Michael Jordan was born in San Francisco, California in 1935, and he joined the police force in 1957, going on to serve under Mayor Dianne Feinstein as Chief of Police from 1986 to 1990. In 1990, he resigned as police chief to run for Mayor, and he entered office in January 1992. He continued his predecessor Art Agnos' campaign against the green-anarchist group "Food Not Bombs", attempted to deal with homelessness, brought rapid transit to San Francisco International Airport, kept the Giants in the city, and balanced the city's budget. In 1995, he was defeated for re-election by the powerful State Assemblyman Willie Brown, and he worked with the Gordon and Betty Moore Foundation after leaving politics.
