Frank Bartlett Willis (28 December 1871 – 30 March 1928) was a member of the US House of Representatives (R-OH 8) from 4 March 1911 to 9 January 1915 (succeeding Ralph D. Cole and preceding John A. Key), Governor of Ohio from 11 January 1915 to 8 January 1917 (interrupting James M. Cox's two terms), and a US Senator from 14 January 1921 to 30 March 1928 (succeeding Warren G. Harding and preceding Cyrus Locher).
Biography[]
Frank Bartlett Willis was born in Lewis Center, Ohio in 1871, and he worked as a lawyer before serving in the State House of Representatives from 1900 to 1905. Willis went on to serve in the US House of Representatives from 1911 to 1915, as Governor from 1915 to 1917, and as US Senator from 1921 to 1928. He died in office in 1928.
