Francis Williams Rockwell (26 May 1844-26 June 1929) was a member of the US House of Representatives (R-MA 12) from 17 January 1884 to 3 March 1891, succeeding George D. Robinson and preceding John Crawford Crosby. Born in Pittsfield, he practiced law before serving as a judge, state legislator, and congressman.
