Francis Fletcher

Francis Fletcher (1830-1868) was a member of the Blighters and the husband of Josephine Fletcher.

Biography[]

Francis and Josephine Fletcher were a husband and wife from the poor Lambeth borough of London, and they had the appearance of being a kind couple who took in street children and gave them a better life. However, they really pressed them into the Blighters gang, and they were members of the Templar Order. In 1868, Jacob Frye tracked them down, and he killed Fletcher and several other Blighters outside of their hideout before killing Josephine.
