Francis Fernandes (25 November 1985-) was an Indian professional footballer who played as a winger.

Francis Fernandes was born in Vasco de Gama, Goa, India on 25 November 1985, and he played for Vasco SC from 2004 to 2006 before playing for Salgaocar FC from 2006 to 2014, the Delhi Dynamos FC from 2014 to 2016, FC Pune City in 2016, and Chennaiyin FC from 2017. Fernandes played as a right-winger, and he made his national team debut in 2011.
