Fisherman's Wharf is a neighborhood and popular tourist attraction in San Francisco, California. In the mid- to late 1800s, Italian immigrant fishermen came to the city by the bay, creating the new neighborhood. Despite being redeveloped into a tourist attraction during the 1970s and 1980s, it is still home to many fishermen and their fleets, and it is one of the busiest tourist attractions in the United States.
