The world's 7,000,000 Finns are mostly concentrated in Finland, with 5,100,000 of them living in their homeland; 636,587 live in the United States and 712,000 in Sweden, the largest diaspora populations. Most Finns adhere to Protestantism, while some groups in Russia adhere to Orthodox Christianity.
