Lily Miller (born 1999) was a British Clan Kelley enforcer who lived in Tower Hamlets, London. She frequently streamed heists movies, served a prison sentence for armed robbery, was arrested for fare evasion at the Whitechapel tube station, and was on the UK terrorist watchlist. In 2020, she was knocked out by DedSec operative Charlie Robinson during his infiltration of the Spitalfields Market.
