Earlsfield is a suburb of London located within the borough of Wandsworth. By the mid-18th century, Earlsfield was already industrialized with numerous mills along the Wandle, and the LSWR railway reached Earlsfield in 1838. Earlsfield transformed from a working-class suburb of Wandsworth intoa middle-class neighborhood by the early 21st century, housing mostly young families. In 2011, Earlsfield had a population of 15,448 people.
