Fernand Tinoco (1623-6 December 1662) was a Spanish Navy captain during the Golden Age of Piracy. He commanded the flag galleon Salvador del Mundo, based in Cuba, and his ship was boarded by pirate Jack Summer on 6 December 1662 during a battle south of Santiago de Cuba. Tinoco was killed in a duel with Summer, and Summer converted Salvador del Mundo into his flagship Weeping Spaniard.
