Fei Hu (born 1941) was a Chinese-born Japanese restauranteur and arms dealer who lived in Osaka during the 1980s. He and his wife Long Hua operated the "Dragon & Tiger" restaurant in Soemoncho, and Fei Hu secretly built weapons in the backroom, sourcing materials from archaeological sites and smuggling networks across the world. Fei Hu befriended his late father's friend Sometaro Komeki, who introduced him to his sparring partner Goro Majima on 12 December 1988, shortly after Fei Hu finished fighting his disgruntled customer Momoru Mayeda. After Fei Hu tested Majima's combat abilities in a duel, Fei Hu took a liking to Majima and showed him his restaurant, introduced him to his wife Long Hua, and also made him a partner in his arms trafficking business.
