
Fehmi Cetinkaya (12 July 1969-4 May 1998) was a member of the East Turkestan Islamic Movement (ETIM).
Biography[]
Fehmi Cetinkaya was born on 12 July 1969 in Aksu, Xinjiang, China to a family of Sunni Muslim Uyghurs. Cetinkaya joined the East Turkestan Islamic Movement (ETIM) during the guerrilla war against the government, and in 1998 he was killed in a raid on an Islamist training camp by the People's Liberation Army (PLA).
