Fede "Hats" Iocca (died 1968) was a Marcano crime family enforcer.
Biography[]
Fede Iocca was born in New Orleans, Louisiana, and he was hired as an enforcer for the Marcano crime family in Sonny Blue's crew during the 1960s. In 1968, Lincoln Clay tracked him down to an alleyway next to the Roxy Mall in Irish Channel as Iocca and his crew beat down on a debtor, and Clay killed all of them after a shootout.
