Falcon was the codename given to the surviving remnants of NATO's Task Force Aegis, led by United Kingdom SAS Captain Scott Miller. Falcon was an ad hoc group established after the Altian Armed Forces launched a devastating surprise offensive on the island of Stratis at the end of the NATO peacekeeping mandate. Miller instructed any surviving NATO forces to meet up east of Camp Tempest, and they rendezvoused with other troops at Camp Maxwell, which they made their base during their guerrilla war against the AAF. Falcon embarked on several missions against the AAF, such as launching a raid on the village of Girna (resulting in the Battle of Girna) and assassinating Altian officer Adrastus Rondas (although they had intended to assassinate "Goblin", the highest-ranking AAF commander on the island). Miller later succeeded in communicating with NATO's Mediterranean command and arranging for a re-invasion of Stratis, and Falcon nearly succeeded in retaking Stratis, had it not been for the arrival of CSAT (Iranian) troops. Falcon relocated to the main island of Altis after fleeing from Stratis, and the squad members returned to their original formations.
