Falam Chin is one of the many Chin tribes of Myanmar, most Falam Chin live in Myanmar and in the United States. Most Falam settle in the United States in a state called Indiana. While some live in Bangladesh, Malaysia, and Australia. By 2021, many Falam Chin and other Chin tribes are forced to flee to India due to the cruelty of the Burmese military. It is believed that the Falam Chin tribe and other Chin tribe originated from South China and and settled in Myanmar while some were forced to go somewhere else. The main religion of the Falam Chin is Christianity, most of them being Baptist Protestants. 98% of Falam Chins are Christians while 2% are Jewish or Buddhist. The conversion of the Falam Chin to Christianity began in the mid-1800s when a white missionary came to Myanmar and taught Christianity to them and converted almost the whole population of the Chins. Most Falam Chins speak Falam while some speak Mizo, Hakha, Arabic, or Zopai.
