
Eveline Dipper (1828-1868) was a criminal from London who fenced stolen goods in the City of London region of the city.
Biography[]
Eveline Dipper was from London, and she was known for her use of charm to convince people to hand over their most precious belongings to her. She proceeded to sell the goods for a profit, making her a useful criminal in the Templar Order. In 1868, Jacob Frye began a Templar hunt for Henry Green, and he jumped from a rooftop to Dipper on the ground, stabbing her and killing her. This liberated a section of the region from Templar control, helping the Assassin Order/Rooks.
