
Evan Shelby Alexander (1767-28 October 1809) was a member of the US House of Representatives (DR-NC 10) from 1806 to 1809, succeeding Nathaniel Alexander and preceding Joseph Pearson.
Biography[]
Evan Shelby Alexander was born in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina in 1767, and he became a lawyer in Salisbury. He served in the House of Commons from 1796 to 1803 and in the US House of Representatives from 1806 to 1809, dying shortly after leaving the US Congress.
