Euaemon of Rhegion was Archon of Rhegion from 379 BC, succeeding Nicanor. Euaemon was originally an admiral of his polis, but, on the deaths of his two predecessors in battle with Syracuse, Euaemon assumed command of Rhegion's few remaining ships and was proclaimed Archon. However, the city of Rhegion and Rhegion's other towns remained under Syracusan control, forcing Euaemon to menace the coasts of Sicily and Calabria to draw Syracusan attention away from its northern wars.
