Etsuji Mineta was a Japanese yakuza who was affiliated with the Omi Alliance's Ousaka Enterprises subsidiary during the 2010s. In December 2012, he and several other Ousaka Enterprises henchmen were beaten down by Kazuma Kiryu as he stormed the Kabukicho Hills hotel and fought his way to meet their boss Naoki Katsuya.
